SALISBURY - Three Former Livingstone College Football players all signed to play professional football overseas.

Drew Powell signed a contract to play quarterback with the Sydney Express of the NGL (Australia). The NGL is the National Gridiron League the pay is compare to the CFL however they play under NFL rules.  The NGL is the best American football outside of North America. 

Ekanam Ekanam from Springfield, Maryland played offensive line for the Blue Bears from 2012 to 2015. He signed to play for a team in the Supreme Indoor Football League. Ekanam completed his degree in May of 2016

Anthony Green of Florence South Carolina signed with the Mersin Mustangs of Turkey. Green graduated from Livingstone with a bachelor of science in sports management.
