SOUTHERN PINES, North Carolina – Livingstone College men's golf team finished second at the 2023 Winston-Salem State Ram Shootout Tuesday afternoon at the Southern Pines Golf Club after three rounds of competition.

Livingstone, finishing with a 307 in round one, the Blue Bears posted a 291 in round two, and 312 in round three for a total score of 910. 

The Blue Bears were one shot behind Fayetteville State University, who finished round one with a 297, round two with a 305, and a 307 in round three.  

After three rounds, Emmanuel Jakisa stood third. Jakisa, 222 (77-70-75). Christopher Baguma, 229 (76-73-80) was tied for seventh overall.
