PETERSBURG, Virginia – Livingstone College men's golf team finished first at the 2023 Trojan Roundup Saturday afternoon at the Dogwood Trace Golf Club after three rounds of competition.
Livingstone, finishing with a 291 in round one, the Blue Bears posted a 287 in round two, and 306 in round three for a total score of 884.
The Blue Bears were five shot ahead of Fayetteville State University, who finished round one with a 302, round two with a 290, and a 296 in round three.
After three rounds, Ronald Otile stood third. Otile, 220 (72-73-75). Emmanuel Jakisa, 224 (71-76-77) finished fifth overall. Christopher Baguma 225 (75-69-81) and Xavier Proctor 225, (79-69-77) tied for sixth.
