Salisbury, NC - The CIAA has named Livingstone College's Golf Head Coach Andre Springs as 2022 CIAA Golf Coach of the Year.  He was voted upon by his peers and Sports Information Directors of the CIAA.

Livingstone College finished 4-0 in CIAA competition, winning all four Southern Division events, including CIAA Southern Division title, with scores of 584, 577, 580, 599. Won the four CIAA Southern events by an average of 46 strokes.  During the 2022 CIAA Golf Championship, the Blue Bears lead from the begging to dominate and win the championship by 19 strokes.  The Blue Bears are currently ranked 11th nationally in the NCAA Atlantic Region poll. The 2022 CIAA Golf Championship brings his total number of championships to seven with four at Livingstone College.
