The Livingstone College women's basketball team suffered a 75-63 loss to the Bowie State University Lady Bulldogs on Thursday night in New Trent Gymnasium.
The first half belonged to the Lady Blue Bears as they went into the locker room with a 38-27 advantage over Bowie.
It wasn't until midway through the second half where the Lady Bulldogs began to dominate Livingstone.
The Lady Blue Bears had two players to score double figures.
Cierra York scored a game high 25 points and grabbed eight rebounds.
The loss drops the Lady Blue Bears 5-6 overall and 0-1 in the CIAA.
The Lady Blue Bears will return back to action on Saturday, January 4 as they face Virginia Union University. Game time is slated for 5:30 p.m.
