LC Softball starts CIAA Play

SALISBURY – Livingstone College softball team will open conference play with six games in the CIAA Softball Round-Up at Nevin Community Park in Charlotte, N.C.

The Lady Blue Bears will face Virginia State University at 3 p.m. and Lincoln University at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 17. They take on Elizabeth City State University at 1 p.m. and Virginia Union University at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 18 and Bowie State University at 2 p.m. and Chowan University at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 19. The make-up date for inclement weather is Monday, March 20.

Nevin Community Park is located on 6000 Statesville Road and the zip code is 28269. Admission is free to the Round-Up.
