SALISBURY, NC — Livingstone College defensive lineman Joshua Jackson has been named the CIAA Defensive Lineman of the Week following an impressive performance against Bluefield State.
Jackson was a dominant presence on the defensive side of the ball, finishing the game with nine total tackles, including six solo stops and three assisted tackles. He also recorded 2.5 tackles for loss totaling 12 yards and 2.3 sacks for 12 yards, consistently disrupting the Bluefield State offense.
Adding to his standout performance, Jackson also forced a fumble, helping the Livingstone defense create momentum-changing plays throughout the contest.
