PETERSBURG, V.A. – The Livingstone College women's track and field team concluded competition at the CIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a sixth-place overall finish, highlighted by an outstanding performance from Sabrena Hogan, who secured an individual CIAA conference championship.
Hogan's title provided a major highlight for the Lady Blue Bears during the meet. As a team, Livingstone recorded placements in 9 of the 15 events contested throughout the championship.
Winston-Salem State claimed the overall team title, while Claflin finished second in the final standings.

The Lady Blue Bears will return to action May 9–10 at the Lenoir-Rhyne Last Chance Meet as they look to improve marks for potential national qualification.
