Salisbury, N.C. – The Livingstone men's track & field team claimed first place out of 14 teams, with USC-Beaufort finishing second and Tusculum taking third. The Blue Bears delivered a dominant overall performance, placing in the top 10 in 15 of 16 events.
Leading the way,
Trevor Hyman captured first in the men's 400 with a time of 48.32, while senior
Matthew Blackmon took first in the 110-meter hurdles at 14.61.
McCrae also excelled, winning the long jump with a mark of 7.11m.

Marqui Cheeks added to the team's success with a first-place finish in the shot put at 15.07m.
The Blue Bears will be back in action this Friday, April 3rd, at Johnson C. Smith for the Golden Bulls Invitational.
