Salisbury, NC – Livingstone College is set to host an exciting and action-packed weekend as the Blue Bears kick off their 3rd annual track and field invitational on Saturday, March 28 at Alumni Memorial Stadium. This year's event is also Senior Day for track and field, honoring the graduating athletes.
Previously known simply as the Livingstone Blue Bear Invitational, this year marks the first time the meet will be held under its new name—the Quanera Hayes Blue Bear Invitational—in honor of two-time Olympic sprinter and gold medalist Quanera Hayes, a proud graduate of Livingstone College whose accomplishments on both the national and international stage continue to inspire future Blue Bears.
Fans, students, alumni, and the community are encouraged to attend this free event and experience a day full of competitive collegiate athletics and campus excitement.
