Salisbury, N.C.- Livingstone College Men's Basketball team delivered an impressive 77-62 victory over Bowie State, showcasing strong performances from multiple players.
Leading the way was
King Ijeoma, who finished with a game-high 19 points, shooting 8-of-12 from the field, and grabbing 12 rebounds. His all-around effort was crucial in securing the win for Livingstone.
Jamal Cannady Jr. also contributed heavily, scoring 18 points, including a perfect 6-of-7 from the free-throw line, and pulling down 6 rebounds. Jamie Lewis added 11 points, while Sila Tako chipped in 6 points and made both of his 3-point attempts.
With the win, Livingstone looks to finish the 2024 season on a high note as they prepare to host Lincoln University (PA) for a doubleheader on Sunday, Dec 22, at 4:00 PM.
