Salisbury, N.C.- Blue Bears fell short against Virginia Union in a tough matchup, losing 69-53.

Jamal Cannady Jr. played a standout 36 minutes for Livingstone, contributing 11 points. He also grabbed 3 rebounds and dished out 2 assists. Ta'jae Jenkins added 8 points, with 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and a couple of steals.

On the bench, Trey Minard was one of the most efficient players, finishing with 11 points on 4-6 shooting, including 1-3 from beyond the arc. Sila Tako contributed 5 points, while King Ijeoma added 4 points and 5 rebounds.
