Bluefield, W.V.- The Livingstone College men's basketball team suffered a tough 94-79 loss to Bluefield State on Saturday evening.

Jamal Cannady Jr. led the charge for the Blue Bears, scoring 17 points and he added 3 rebounds. King Ijeoma also had a solid outing, contributing 11 points and 5 rebounds.

Erick Coffey provided a boost off the bench with 10 points, while Trey Minard added 9 points, including a three-pointer. 

The Blue Bears will return home on Monday, December 16, to host Virginia Union at 7:30 p.m.
