SALISBURY – The Livingstone College Softball team (6-17) swept Morris College Tuesday afternoon at Jaycee Optimist Sports Complex.
GAME ONE:
The Blue Bears got on the board first in the bottom of the fifth.
The Blue Bears added ten in the third inning while, Morris College remained scoreless. Morris got on the board in the top of the fourth with one run.
Khala Porter earned the win for the Blue Bears as she struck out ten, and allowed two hits and one run in 5.0 innings pitched.
The Blue Bears added six more in the bottom of the fourth to secure the 20-1 victory.
