SALISBURY -David Bradford has been named the Coca-Cola CIAA Men's Indoor track athlete of the week.
"This has been a very good year for David," said Head Coach Justin Davis.
David Bradford set a new indoor school record in the 400 meters with a time of 49.81 seconds. That time, which is the second-best time in the CIAA, placed him third at the Camel City Invitational last week. The redshirt sophomore from Orange Park, FL also placed third in the preliminaries of the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.40 seconds.
"We hope he continues with his success through the rest of the season," said Coach Davis.
