Salisbury, NC- The Livingstone College volleyball team will play their final home game of the season Tuesday (Nov. 11) at 6:00 P.M. against Bluefield State. Before the game at 5:45 P.M., seniors Carrie Blunt, Lareecia Swiney, Iman Isom, LaPria Saunders and Brandi Rhone will be honored for "Senior Night".

The Blue Bears who stand at 20-11 overall and 6-10 in the CIAA conference , lost (1-3) to the 14-15 overall Bluefield State Blues, the first meeting between the two teams earlier this season, on September 24.

Senior Lareecia Swiney ( Fort Worth, TX) is third in the CIAA conference for Kills Per Set, second in Kills Per Set, and tops at number one for Service Aces Per Set.
Senior Carrie Blunt (Syracuse, NY) is second in the CIAA Conference for Hitting Percentage. She also third for Blocks Per Set.

Sophomore Sophie Lepzem is fifth in the CIAA Conference for Blocks Per Set.

The Blue Bears will try and close out on a win for the last home game of the season. Come support your Lady Blue Bears at 6:00 P.M. in New Trent Gym as they take on the Bluefield State Blues.  

Head Coach Reginald Isley and the Lady Blue Bears will participate in the CIAA Volleyball Championship in Fayetteville, NC November 14-16.
