Tony Lee enters his 10th season with the Blue Bears as an assistant basketball coach.
He has been a key member of James Stinson’s staff, helping lead Livingstone to back-to-back CIAA 2014 and 2015 Championships and led them to the 2013, 2014, 2015 CIAA Southern Division Champions. The team also advanced to the 2016 CIAA Championship Game. Â
A 38-year coaching veteran, Lee began his coaching career in 1981 as the Boys & Girls Basketball Volunteer Coach at Brownell Elementary, in Flint, Michigan.
In 1984, Lee became the assistant basketball coach as the Boys Basketball Volunteer Coach (Varsity & Freshman), at Flint Northern High School, in Flint Michigan where he helped led the team to a 1995 State Championships.
In  2003 Lee was named head Boys Basketball Coach, at Flint Beecher High School, Flint, Michigan where he took his team to the 2003 State Champions as Runner-up.
Before coaching, Lee worked on the assembly line and served as the Floor Inspector at AC Spark Plug (GM), Flint, Michigan.
Coach Lee is a graduate of Alabama State University.
