Coach McNeill is entering his third season with the Blue Bears, and 15th overall. Prior to his tenure at Livingstone College, Coach McNeill has coached on the collegiate level at Virginia Union University, and Chesapeake College, and also on the high school level at Suitland HS (Suitland, MD), C.H. Flowers HS (Springdale, MD), and Largo HS (Largo, MD).
Coach McNeill has also conducted and directed his own basketball camps for both girls and boys ages 6-18 for 7 years. Coach McNeill attended Old Dominion University and later Fayetteville State University where he earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science in 2001.
