    Assistant Defensive Backs Coach/ Equipment Manager
Roosevelt Green enters his first year as the Assistant Defensive Backs coach at Livingstone College.
Prior to Livingstone, Coach Green was the Defensive Backs coach and Head Equipment Manager at Winston Salem State University. He assisted in recruiting and developing the players. 
Green had the opportunity to gain knowledge and wisdom working with some of the most elite coaches in college football which included several previous professional NFL Players. 
Coach Green's Achievements include; 2014 CIAA Divisional champions (WSSU), 2015 CIAA Conference champions (WSSU), 2016 CIAA Conference Playoff champions, number eight Defense in NCAA 2018, 12 Consecutive Years of winning season,  number one in the NCAA in Interception (11 Daryus Skinner), number two turnover margin, Skinner also went on to become HBCU player of the year and Defensive player for the year of 2018, and Josh Flowers became an All-American and signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars along with several all-conference an all 1st an 2nd team performer.
Before WSSU, coach Roosevelt was an AAU Basketball Coach in Thomasville, NC. 
In 2022 while completing his last year of undergraduate studies, he was accepted as an Intern at Livingstone College as the Head Equipment Manager and Defensive Backs Assistant. Roosevelt Green completed his Bachelor’s in Sports Management with a Minor in Justice Studies.
Coach Green is from Jersey City, NJ. Coach Green attended Henry Snyder High School where he was the captain of the basketball, baseball, and football teams. There he was able to display his love of sports, develop leadership skills, and pay attention to detail on a competitive level.
