Began his first season at Livingstone as an Assistant Coach in 2017, by guiding the defensive line group. Coach Williams severed as a student assistant coach for the running backs and kick returners for the 2013-2014 season at Livingstone College with the Blue Bears.
Originally from Princeton, North Carolina, a small town outside of Goldsboro, North Carolina. Coach Williams attended high school at Rosewood High graduated in 2004 as a four sport athlete. In 2001-2002 he earned the North Carolina High School Athletic Association State Championship Participation Award as well as earning a Certificate in Recognition of Athletic for Football. In 2002 he received the All Wayne County Football Team award in recognition for outstanding performance and Leadership as a sophomore. From 2001-2003, was named All Area Team and second team offense running back Award for the year.

After high school Williams, attended North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mt. North Carolina. Before transferring after two years for the Battling Bishops. After two season he won two MVP awards and was named North Carolina Wesleyan College Most Valuable Player offensively back to back. As a freshman he was presented with the USA South Athletic conference for Offensive Rookie of the Year Football Award and USA South Athletic Conference for All –Conference First Team Football Award in 2004.

After North Carolina Wesleyan College, Williams returned back on the field in 2011 at Livingstone College to retain my college football career. In 2012 finished his season with over 1,000 all purpose yards and was invited to play for Team USA All American Eagles in the Aztec Bowl and the All American Bowl. He kick for a touchdown and one 43yrd rushing touchdown, he guided Team USA to the 2012 Aztec Bowl victory receiving the Cup in Monterrey, Mexico. Also, won the 2012 All American Bowl Championship with the victory in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Williams graduated from Livingstone College in December, 2013 as a member of the Phi Alpha National Honor Society for Social Work Majors, with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
