Riley Named to the Preseason All-CIAA Team; Blue Bears Picked Eighth in CIAA Preseason Poll

Charlotte, NC – The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) has officially released its 2025 Volleyball Preseason Team and Predicted Order of Finish, with Livingstone College projected to finish eighth in the conference standings.

The Blue Bears are proud to celebrate one of their standout athletes, Love Riley, who was named to the 2025 Preseason All-CIAA Volleyball Team as a Utility. Riley returns after an impressive 2024 season, where she emerged as a dominant offensive presence for Livingstone. She led the team with 232 kills and 262 total points, averaging 2.73 kills per set and 3.08 points per set. Riley also contributed 11 service aces and 11 assists, showcasing her all-around impact on the court.
