Leland, NC- The men's golf team secured a solid 5th place finish at the 2025 CIAA Golf Championships, showcasing strong performances throughout the competition.
Bluefield State claimed the top spot with a total score of 905, followed closely by Fayetteville State in second with 910. Virginia Union finished third, while Virginia State took fourth place.
Individually,
Chris Baguma had an impressive outing, tying for 8th place with a total score of 229.
Luke Cochran also performed well, tying for 14th with a score of 235.
The team displayed great effort and determination throughout the championship, and their performance highlights the strong foundation they are building for future seasons.
