Salisbury, NC- It was a night of pure intensity inside Trent Gymnasium as the Livingstone College Lady Blue Bears went head-to-head with Shaw University in a CIAA volleyball showdown that kept fans on the edge of their seats. The match stretched to a full five sets, highlighting grit, heart, and determination from both squads.

Livingstone came out strong, matching Shaw point-for-point in a back-and-forth contest that saw momentum swing wildly throughout the night. The Blue Bears showed incredible resilience, bouncing back from early deficits and pushing the match into a decisive fifth set.

From powerful kills to clutch digs and relentless rallies, the energy never dipped. The crowd roared with every point, and the Blue Bears fed off that energy, delivering one of their most spirited performances of the season.

Though Shaw ultimately edged out the win in the final set, Livingstone's effort was nothing short of inspiring. The team proved they can compete with the best in the conference and left everything on the court.
