Salisbury, N.C.- This past weekend, Livingstone hosted a doubleheader against Bluefield State, with the Lady Blue Bears earning a dominant 76-55 win over Big Blue.

Leading the charge for Livingstone was Thalia Carter finishing with 21 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 assist. Breasia Coit contributed 12 points and 9 rebounds, showing her presence on both ends of the court, while Morgan Kelson added 9 points and 8 rebounds. Other notable performances came from Ny'Asia Green, who posted 5 points and 5 rebounds, and Bria Griffith, who scored 14 points and had 5 rebounds.

The Lady Blue Bears' defense held Bluefield State to just 55 points while also creating opportunities on offense, shooting 40% from the field and 76% from the free-throw line.

The Lady Blue Bears are back at home as they host Augusta University on Friday, December 13, game time set for 5:30 p.m.
