SALISBURY, N.C. - Livingstone women's basketball dropped their second in a row Thursday evening, falling to Fayetteville State, 67-58 at home.
The Blue Bears had the tall task of playing host to the Broncos who currently boast the best record in overall CIAA play. While Livingstone fell short,
Jamiah Lane put forth a career performance for Livingstone. She concluded the game with 23-point, 14-rebound double-double, while adding two steals, two assists, and a block. Junior
Jay'la Williams had a solid game as well, netting 13 points while grabbing four rebounds and a steal.
The loss drops 4-9 and 2-8 in the CIAA, while Fayetteville State improves to 15-2 and 8-1 in the CIAA.Â
