FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina – The Livingstone College Softball team (1-12) fell to Fayetteville State University Friday afternoon at Lamon Street Park
GAME ONE:
The Blue Bears and the Broncos were scoreless for the first four innings. The Broncos scored late in the sixth with three unearned and two home run RBIs. Stephanie Barksdale (0-6) picked up the loss after striking out three batters and allowing 10 hits and seven runs in 6.0 innings pitched.
Angelica Locklear homered to left center to score the final run for the Broncos.
Shardaye Yharbrough went 1-for-1 at the plate. Jada Star-Wilson had one hit and three at-bats for the Blue Bears.
GAME TWO:
J'Lynn Wilson homered to left field to start game two and ran in Jada Starr-Wilson. The Broncos answered with two of their own at the bottom of the second.

Khala Porter and Cameran Jordan-Ruffin went 1-for-2 at the plate.
Khala Porter (0-1) picked up the loss, allowing nine hits and 10 runs in 4.2 innings pitched.
The Broncos scored three unearned runs in the fifth inning.
