The 2019 season, once full of promise, came to a crashing halt as the Livingstone College football team dropped a 34-6 decision to Johnson C. Smith in the 2019 edition of the Commemorative Classic.
On a cool crisp day in Alumni Memorial Stadium, JCSU took a 20-0 lead into the locker room at halftime and never looked back.
LC was held to just 140 yards of total offense, averaging just 2 yards per play. Â JCSU chalked up 326 offensive yards and a 5.9 yards per play average.
The Blue Bears lost two fumbles and were just 4 of 18 in third down conversions.
