LC Volleyball host Fayetteville State

SALISBURY, NC – Livingstone College volleyball team will host Fayetteville State University Monday, October 24, at New Trent Gymnasium. The volleyball match begins at 6 p.m.

A couple of CIAA conference wins would help the Lady Blue Bears (7-11 overall) secure a spot in the CIAA Tournament, which will be held Nov. 18-20 at Virginia State University in Ettrick, Va.

The Blue Bears are currently fifth in the Southern Division standings at 1-5, Fayetteville (12-5 overall) is second at 4-1 and Saint Augustine's University is fourth at 3-3 with four division matches left. Eight teams – the top four squads in the Northern and Southern Divisions – qualify for the tournament.
