Brodrick “Brock” Waters enters his first season with Livingstone College as the Quarterbacks Coach and Passing Game Coordinator. A seasoned football mind with over a decade of experience developing elite quarterback talent, Coach Waters brings a wealth of knowledge and championship pedigree to the Blue Bears.

He began his collegiate playing career at Louisiana Tech University, where he was part of the 2011 team that captured the Western Athletic Conference title. He later transferred to Bethune-Cookman University, contributing to back-to-back MEAC Conference Championships in 2012 and 2013. His playing experience at the Division I level laid the foundation for a coaching career focused on precision, leadership, and player development.

Over the past ten years, Coach Waters has mentored some of the top quarterbacks in the country, known for his strategic approach to the passing game and his ability to elevate player performance. His arrival at Livingstone marks a new chapter for the Blue Bears’ offense, as he aims to build a dynamic and disciplined quarterback unit while enhancing the team’s aerial attack.
