Interviews:
Any requests for post-game interviews should be made to the Sports Information Director, or designee, no more than five minutes after the conclusion of the contest. Following the contest, players and coaches will be available outside of the locker room or other designated area after a 10-minute "cooling off" period.
Requests for non-game interviews should be made to the Sports Information Director, at least 24 hours in advance of the requested interview time. Requests can be made via phone or email.
Pre-Game Notes:
Media members may obtain game-day notes and statistics for both competing teams one hour prior to the scheduled game time at press row (basketball) or the press box (football). Any media members needing game-day information in advance may request information by calling the Sports Information Office at 704-216-6013.
Post-Game Statistics:
Packets of post-game statistics will be available to media members approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of the contest.
Media Passes:
For those media personnel planning to cover a full season of a Livingstone sport, they may make a credential request to the Sports Information Office at any time and that credential can either be mailed or picked up at a contest. Those media personnel looking to cover a single contest can have a credential mailed to them if request at least one week in advance. If the request is made within a week of the contest the credential can be picked up at the game site.
Internet:
Wireless internet is available to media at both Alumni Memorial Stadium and Irwin Belk Track and Trent Gym. Wireless services are not available at the softball complex, tennis courts or golf course.
Radio Broadcasts:
Requests for broadcast must be made through the Sports Information Office at least two weeks prior to the contest date. When more than one request is made for the same game, priority will be given to the radio station that regularly broadcasts the visiting team's games. All arrangements for telephone lines are the responsibility of the visiting school's radio station.
Photography:
The NCAA maintains a strict sideline control policy in an effort to keep the playing area as clear of people as possible. All photographers must have a pass clearly visible at all times. All passes must be arranged in advance with the Sports Information Office and can be picked up on game day. In football, photographers are not allowed in the team box at any time. University personnel will be on the sidelines to ensure that all regulations are strictly adhered to.
