Charlotte, NC- Livingstone College men's basketball earned a hard-fought 76–73 win over Paine College during the JCSU Tip-Off Classic. The Blue Bears relied on depth and rebounding dominance to secure the victory in a game that featured one tie and one lead change.

Top Performers for Livingstone:

Kenneth Tyree Jr. led the way with 17 points, 2 assists, and 1 steal.
