Greensboro, N.C.- This past weekend during the Greensboro Invitational the Blue Bears took home 4
th place with a total time of 1:33:25.
UNC Pembroke would take home the win with a score of 15 and a total time of 1:20:41. Coming in second is Johnson & Wales with a score of 74 and a total time of 1:31:08. Methodist took third with a score of 78 and a total time of 1:32:12.
During the 5k,Â
Truth Mattison would come in 14
th place with a time of 17:24.8 andÂ
Brandon Jeffers would come in just seconds behind him in 15
th place with a time of 17:28.8.
The Blue Bears are headed to Cary, NC for the Cedric Walker HBCU XC Challenge on Friday, October 4.
