Softball travels to Elizabeth City this weekend for CIAA ROUNDUP

SALISBURY - The Livingstone College softball team (0-2) will take part in this weekend's Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Round-Up held at South Park Softball Complex beginning on Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17. Admission is free.

The Lady Blue Bears will face CIAA Northern Division opponents Virginia State, Lincoln (Pa.), Elizabeth City State, Chowan, Bowie State and Virginia Union over the course of the three-day event.

The Lady Blue Bears open play Friday afternoon, taking on Lincoln (Pa.) at 1:30 p.m. Following the opening game, Livingstone will meet Chowan at 6:00 p.m., to conclude day one.

Saturday at 10 a.m., the Columbia Blue and White squad will play ECSU and end the day taking on Bowie State at 4:45 p.m.  

Sunday, the Lady Blue Bears will meet VSU at 11 a.m. before a battle with VUU at 2:30 p.m. to conclude the round-up.
